Lead Pastor / Elder
Hello! I’m James, the Lead Pastor at BRBC. I grew up in Suffolk and came to know Jesus in my late teens right here at BRBC. I am married to Quincie and we have two amazing kids Jude & Rosie. I love playing football and you may see me walking around the fields of Rougham with our lively dog Coco! I oversee the teaching, vision, staff team and pastoral care. I really enjoy getting to know people, helping them find their identity in Jesus, and seeing God work powerfully in their lives.
Glen McLellan
Children’s & Youth Pastor
Hi I’m Glen, and I’m the children’s and youth working for BRBC, having moved here from Enfield in March 2021. I am married to Lydia with 2 kids, Daniel and Joshua, who have a lot of energy. I grew up in a town called Stevenage in North Hertfordshire. My favourite teams are Tottenham Hotspurs and the New England Patriots (Odd combo right?!!). I am a huge fan of dominos Meatador Pizza! Come say hello if you haven’t already. Will be great to meet you.
Ben Ryan
Deacon of Business / Church Business Manager
Hi i’m Ben, born and bred in sunny Suffolk. Generally, I love all things sport, especially cycling, golf and football. Despite my job title of Business Manager, I am most definitely not an indoors person, and its a challenge for me to sit at my desk and conduct all things business for any significant amount of time! I also like to spin numerous plates, because life is more exciting that way. Another passion in my life is Africa, and I run a charity called The Doxa Project that works in a slum community in Nakuru, Kenya. I'm married to Laura and have two kids, Evie & Reuben.

Operations Administrator
Hi, I’m Anna. I am married to Stuart and we have 3 wonderful girls. I was born in Suffolk and have lived here all my life apart from a few years at University. I enjoy being active with my family; walking, swimming and visiting different places, mostly outdoors. I also enjoy playing tennis when I can. I was taken to Church from a young age but became a Christian in my teens after my Sunday School teacher encouraged us to ask Jesus into our hearts if we believed in Him. We love BRBC and have been coming here for about 7 years now. I took up the post of Operations Administrator a year ago, having changed careers from teaching!
Joe Grimwood
Pastor in Training
Hi, I’m Joe, and I’m married to Jess. I grew up in Suffolk before moving to Cambridge where we’ve been living for the past few years. We joined BRBC in September 2022, and we’re enjoying getting to know you all. I’m working as a ‘Pastor-in-Training’, which involves getting stuck-in and gaining experience in a few different areas of church life whilst studying part time at Oak Hill College in North London. Before this, I was working for an engineering and metallurgy company between Cambridge and Haverhill. I also enjoy playing the piano, cooking/baking, playing or watching sport and getting out and enjoying the big wide outdoors!
Emma Bryant
Pastoral Care for Women
Hi, my name is Emma I have a brilliant family; JB and myself have two super sons Alex and Harry. I love reading and studying the Bible; His word is truly life saving! I also love walking the dogs and if you would ever like to join me please do! I have been a Christian since I was 21. I was in the darkest place possible and heard the gospel for the first time from a stranger. It was like a light going on and for the first time I realised that there was hope in Jesus Christ. I have been at BRBC for over 20 years with a break of 4 years when we lived in Andover. I love working with the women in the Church to see their faith grow.
