James
Lead Pastor / Elder
Hello! I’m James, the Lead Pastor at BRBC. I grew up in Suffolk and came to know Jesus in my late teens right here at BRBC. I am married to Quince and we have two amazing kids. I love playing football and you may see me walking around the fields with our lively dog Coco! I oversee the teaching, vision, staff team and pastoral care. I really enjoy getting to know people, helping them find their identity in Jesus, and seeing God work powerfully in their lives.
Joe Grimwood
Assistant Pastor / Elder
Hi, I’m Joe, and I’m married to Jess and we’ve been at BRBC since September 2022. I am an Assistant Pastor here, which involves preaching, heading up our Sunday evening gatherings, looking after our Community Groups and getting involved in some of the youth work in the church. I also study part time at Oak Hill College in North London. Before this, I was working for an engineering and metallurgy company between Cambridge and Haverhill. I also enjoy hanging out with our son, playing the piano, cooking/baking, playing or watching sport and getting out and enjoying the big wide outdoors!
Anna
Operations Manager
Hi, I’m Anna. I am married to Stuart and we have 3 wonderful girls. I was born in Suffolk and have lived here all my life apart from a few years at University. I enjoy being active with my family; walking, swimming and visiting different places, mostly outdoors. I also enjoy playing tennis when I can. I was taken to Church from a young age but became a Christian in my teens after my Sunday School teacher encouraged us to ask Jesus into our hearts if we believed in Him. We love BRBC and have been coming here for about 8 years now. I took up the post of Operations Manager two years ago, having changed careers from teaching.
Emma Bryant
Pastoral Care for Women
Hi, my name is Emma I have a brilliant family; JB and myself have two super sons Alex and Harry. I love reading and studying the Bible; His word is truly life saving! I also love walking the dogs and if you would ever like to join me please do! I have been a Christian since I was 21. I was in the darkest place possible and heard the gospel for the first time from a stranger. It was like a light going on and for the first time I realised that there was hope in Jesus Christ. I have been at BRBC for over 20 years with a break of 4 years when we lived in Andover. I love working with the women in the Church to see their faith grow. Ali Craig
Children’s Worker
Hi, I'm Ali and I am originally from Hertfordshire but moved to Suffolk with my husband Jonathan in 2011. We have a son called Ethan, a daughter called Madeleine and various pets to keep us busy! We started attending BRBC shortly after arriving in Suffolk, and were drawn to the church by its commitment to preaching God's Word and its care for children and young people. I have a history of working directly with children, young people and their families in church, social care and education, and I now have the privilege of being the Children's Worker at BRBC. I love developing fun, engaging sessions and events for children that centre on God's love for them and all he has done for them through Jesus. In my spare time I enjoy being out in the lovely Suffolk countryside with my family, and I love reading, cooking and singing.
Dan Goodwin
Youth Worker
Hi, I'm Dan. I'm married to Alicia, and together we have a beautiful daughter named Genevieve. I grew up in a Christian home in Suffolk, but it was during my teenage years that I really found God for myself. Shortly afterwards, I spent six months in Albania doing mission work, which was a hugely formative experience. For the past 13 years, I've had the privilege of working with children and young people through youth work and Christian charity organisations. Outside of work, I love playing football, spending time outdoors, and taking our dog for walks in nature. If you see me on a Sunday morning, please come and say hello—I’d love to meet you!
Alicia Goodwin
Youth Worker
Hi there! My name is Alicia. I'm married to Dan, and together we have our beautiful daughter, Genevieve. I grew up in Tampa, Florida, and in 2019 we moved to Suffolk as a family. Although I was raised in a Christian home, I truly encountered God for myself during my teenage years, and that personal relationship with Him has shaped my life ever since. I love spending time in a traditional English garden filled with roses and baking fresh bread whenever I get the chance. Dan and I oversee the Youth Work at BRBC, and we are deeply passionate about helping young people develop a growing and flourishing relationship with their Creator. Isobel Waspe
Church Secretary
Hello, I’m Isobel. I grew up in a Christian family and came to faith at 13, which began a lifelong calling to serve in practical, behind‑the‑scenes ministry. My work has taken me through mission in Ecuador, church administration, charity compliance, finance, facilities management and supporting teams in a whole range of churches and mission organisations. Since moving to Bradfield and Rougham Baptist in 2022, I’ve really enjoyed becoming part of the church family and serving with Pips. I joined the staff team in May 2026 in a supporting role and look forward to what God has in store for BRBC in the coming years. Psalm 90 v 10

Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m married to Evan and we have been blessed with a bright, vivacious son named Quint. Originally from Florida, I have been moving around the world for the last 15 years since marrying my husband who is in the USAF. We moved to England in December of 2024 and fell in love with BRBC right away. It immediately felt like home, and we have been blessed by the warm, open fellowship, gospel-centered teaching and opportunity to grow alongside our new family. I grew up in a Christian home, but did not start seeking God for Himself and begin to truly surrender my life to Him until my young adult years. I now see how our merciful, patient Savior has been at work my whole life drawing me to Himself – and I am confident He will never stop. I have worked in various governmental jobs as well as academic positions and am thrilled to be a part of the amazing BRBC Staff Team. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading, watching a good documentary and traveling with my wonderful family. If you see me around, please say hi - I’d love to get to know you!
